Estoy consultando diversas traducciones de Mateo 24: 3, donde puedes leer por ejemplo en la RV 1960: "fin del siglo".... La Biblia King James dice ahí: "end of the world".....
And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
En griego se lee "sinteleia", lo cual se traduce como "conclusión" o "fin".......

Tambien se hace diferencia entre "Conclusion" (gr:Sinteleia) del Mateo 24:3 y la palabra "fin" (gr:telos) que se usa en Mateo 24:14 "entonces vendra el fin"......... Ahora me voy a la Biblia de Jerusalén que emplea la ICAR

Efectivamente, dice "fin del mundo", lo mismo la versión católica "Dios habla Hoy". Voy a constatar también en la Biblia católica de Latinoamérica, Edición Pastoral:
Mateo 24: 3 dice ahí: "fin de la historia".....
